There are several ways to access COSMOS-UK data besides viewing the near real-time data online.
1. Data from COSMOS-UK up to the end of 2023 are available for download from the UKCEH Environmental Information Data Centre (EIDC). The data are accompanied by documentation that describes the site-specific instrumentation, data and processing including quality control.
2. Near real-time COSMOS-UK data are available to freely download via our online form or API (application programming interface). PLEASE NOTE: We are aware of problems with the COSMOS-UK API. This is impacting real-time updates, meaning data is only available up to the 22nd April 2024. Work is currently underway to resolve these problems. All data supplied must be considered to be provisional, in that they may be subjected to further or revised quality control, and reprocessing. Data are supplied on the understanding that UKCEH accepts no liability for their use.
